Master Deed, and on the copy of a portion of said plans attached to

which is affixed a verified statement in the form required by Section
9 of Chapter 183A. Said Unit is conveyed together with an
undivided 1.071% interest in the Common Elements, as described in the
First Amendment to Master Deed. In the event any subsequent phase is

In
accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the
Town of Franklin to
retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes providing
on-call stormwater, roadwork and general site work services within
the Town of Franklin.
Project: The work to be performed will include but not be
limited to: stump removal, soil removal, soil relocation, grading,
excavation, construction/repair of new and existing underground
stormwater, wastewater, drinking water pipe and structures (manholes,
valves, catch basins, etc.) at various locations within the Town
of Franklin.
Work may also include all necessary saw-cutting, excavation, bypass
pumping (if necessary) and repair to asphalt paving and berms,
masonry and concrete, and other various labor tasks shall be provided
when required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the
contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation
for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily
complete the work. Estimated Construction Cost: Est. $100,000

Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 5, 2025, at 7:15 pm to
consider a Notice of Intent. The hearing will be held pursuant to
Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands
Protection Act) and the Medway General
Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing by Lopes Luciano for the
property of 28 Clark Street (construction of Lot 1, 2, and 3). The
applicant proposes to construct three single-family homes, an
in-ground pool, a driveway, a septic system, utilities, and
landscaping within the Conservation Commission jurisdiction. The
proposed work is within the 100' Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated

Bylaw Article 26 (Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance),
regarding a filing by Town of Medway c/o
Peter Pelletier for the property of 1 High School Road, also known as
Map 38 Lot 013. The applicant's proposal to replace the existing
synthetic turf field and the resurfacing of surrounding track. The
applicant has submitted a request for a waiver of Section 26.5.5.
